Because I know you want powerful resources to achieve your health goals in 2023, I have compiled a list of podcast episodes and books that are the most effective at successfully reversing diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and unwanted body fat along with over a dozen other major health benefits listed below as well!
Have you ever heard that most gym memberships are bought in the first month of the year? By March, 75% of those memberships will already be collecting dust as people become burnt out from their new health goals.
Why is that, exactly?
Is the temptation of comfort, unmanaged expectations, poor habit-forming techniques, illness, injury, and boredom why we quit our health goals only a few weeks into the new year?

More importantly, he breaks down the flimsy science behind most fad diets that have been destroying our health and shares precisely what reverses and prevents disease in the short and long term. I found this book very motivating and cathartic as he shares his journey and lets you know that you did not fail all those weight loss diets. They failed YOU!
