How did Stephanie quit smoking in one year? Life was quite different six years ago for our resource guest today. Stephanie Dodier used to work as an office executive. She smoked a pack of cigarettes in a day and had never exercised. She binged on McDonald’s and traveled all the time. At first, she thought she was living in a perfect condition until she suffered from subsequent panic attacks.

It was a rude awakening for Stephanie, thus she left her job and started living healthy. She practiced natural and holistic medicine and changed her nutrition from top to bottom – no more cholesterol!  Surprisingly, after a year, Stephanie was able to shed off 100 pounds! She’d bid goodbye to unhealthy eating and chain smoking. All of these happened, yes, in JUST a year!
