31: Supplement Confusion

Nutrition And Supplement Confusion
Jennifer Saltzman is back on the show to chat with Ashley about nutrition and supplement confusion. For over 21 years Jen has helped many people find their path to health through the physical medicine of pilates, the healing power of prayer and the nutrifying addition of healthy diet and supplements.
Her biggest concern is that people have supplement confusion. Many people believe that supplementing with vitamins, minerals, amino acids, herbs and omega fatty acids is a good thing. The problem is what to take, how much to take and when to take it!
Jen offers herself as a Supplement Coach to those who are seeking to finally relieve the confusion and get on the right supplements for them.
Here’s What You’ll Discover:
Eliminate degenerative diseases
Prolong life and good health
Increase your sense of vitality, energy and stamina
Achieve deeper, more restful sleep
Health AH-HA Moment:
The modern era of convenience, fast food, and reactive medicine has eliminated preventive medicine and full nutrition from our lives. We must teach ourselves how to implement holistic activities, like earthing, taking supplements and eating organic foods, to prevent disease and maintain optimal health.
Your Challenge:
Jennifer challenges listeners to take action. If you want better health, do something and reach out for help. Jennifer says to pay attention to the number of seemingly healthy and young people that are getting diseases that were once only had by the elderly. Degenerative diseases are from lack of the raw building blocks the body needs to keep itself together. Pay attention to your own symptoms. Stop believing you have these symptoms because it's genetic or normal for your age or gender. True health is living symptom-free. Nutrition, both from food and supplements, play a major role in aiding your body in its overall health.
